As Broker-in-Charge and co-owner alongside her husband, Terry Peterson, Aimee leads a powerhouse team of over 100 agents, collectively achieving more than 400 closed transactions this year. Under her leadership, BHGRE Palmetto has earned some of the most respected honors in the industry,  including Best in Brokerage Technology from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Best Place to Work, and Best Brokerage in Charleston. Beyond the brokerage, Aimee has served on multiple boards, including Women in Real Estate, local MLS leadership, and Broker Advisory Councils. A true entrepreneur at heart, she has owned and sold multiple businesses, giving her a rare depth of experience in leadership, operations, and growth strategy.
